Receive 3 credits for JU BSN nursing elective requirement and JU Experiential Learning graduation requirement with fellow nursing students while experiencing all that London has to offer! During this week long course, you’ll walk in the historical footsteps of modern nursing, medicine and healthcare. Participants on this program will have 2 on-campus meetings prior to departing for London and 1 debriefing course after the week spent abroad. These meetings will prepare you to get the most out of your time in London and wrap-up the experience abroad. Participants will have free days and evenings to enjoy some sightseeing opportunities or leisure time within the city.

Hotel Arrival, Hop On/Off Tour of London, Group Orientation, and Welcome Dinner

Enjoy the sites and sounds of London town! On-site staff can provide recommendations!
Tuesday, March 13 – Class Day
Local visits and guest lectures, followed by an excursion to the Florence Nightingale Museum
Wednesday, March 14 – Class Day
Local visits and guest lectures, followed by an excursion to the Alexander Fleming Museum.
Thursday, March 15 – Class Day
Local visits and guest lectures, followed by an excursion to the Old Operating Theatre and/or Medical London Walk.
Friday, March 16 – Free Day and Farewell
Enjoy the sites and sounds of London town, come together for a Group Farewell Dinner
