WELCOME TO IEP JACKSONVILLE UNIVERSITY

International Education Programs (IEP) at Jacksonville University seeks to promote global learning by exposing students and faculty to other countries, cultures, and languages. We seek to engage students and faculty in global and U.S. relations issues with the rest of the world.  To that end, IEP at Jacksonville University offers a variety of education abroad and away opportunities to students. Our programs span the world and include intensive language as well as content courses. Additionally, we encourage “engaged” learning by promoting living, service and internship opportunities abroad.
Interested students and faculty are welcome to visit their IEP campus advisor in Gooding 105.

"I love talking with students who have gone abroad and just returned to campus. There is nothing more rewarding than hearing them say how much this experience mattered; how it opened their eyes and gave them a new perspective and ultimately say, thank you for helping make this happen."

Ginny Garzón, Director of Education Abroad

“Overall, I was very satisfied with my decision to study abroad. I met friends I'll never forget, experienced the time of my life and will go home a changed person!”

Natasha M.Study Abroad Alumni

"I want students interested in studying abroad to know it's not as difficult as it might seem to make it happen, and that the experience to be had is an important opportunity to take advantage of since it's impossible to replicate in their familiar, 'typical' classroom environment."
